2 and a half cups of rolled oats (I used wholemeal)
1 cup plain natural yogurt
1/2 cup sugar
1.5 tsp baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1.5 cups of berries (or other fruit)
**Note don't use paper liners, or the old muffin pans - use silicone muffin pans, or foil wrappers, otherwise they stick**
preheat oven to 180 degrees
get a 12 hole silicone muffin pan
place all ingredients except fruit into a food processor and blend until oats are smooth - the mixture was quite liquidy!
gently stir in fruit and divide the mixture into the muffin trays.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden....
Watch them disappear!!!!
