12 slices wholemeal or wholegrain bread
1 cup edam cheese
1 spring onion
440g creamed corn
1/2 green capsicum finely diced-
I used courgette as well.
Preheat oven to 170
Spray muffin tin with oil
Cut bread to fit...we cut into big circles
Press into tins with some overlapping
Spray with oil and bake for 20 minutes until golden,
Turn oven up to 180, combine filling ingredients
and spoon into bread.
Bake for about 15 mins until set.
